Waste Management
Waste Management is one of the largest and fastest growing sectors of the Canadian economy. From 1974 when NTEC started a door-to-door newspaper collection program, to today’s program located in a state-of-the-art envirocentre operated by Niagara Recycling, participants in this program are being offered an abundance of skills within this fascinating and diverse field, such as working on a sorting line to remove all non-paper materials.
These skills include:
