Summer Youth Work Experience

This program offers individuals aged 15 to 21 with special needs a unique opportunity for personal growth and development through a structured work experience complete with life skills training, employ­ment preparation, and an opportunity to gain knowledge about the working world through a combination of production training and skills enhancement programs. Students often attend for several summers while completing their education.

Choices in work experience include the greenhouse program, production and assembly, kitchen and hospitality, bill delivery, waste management, as well as work projects such as gardening and washing vehicles.
