Children’s Autism Program
In conjunction with the District School Board of Niagara, Niagara Support Services operates an alternative education (Section 20) classroom at the Donald L. Reilly Centre for children between the ages of six and thirteen years with the diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This unique educational program provides for a combination of direct teaching sessions with movement education opportunities based on the Invisible Curriculum that ultimately will assist students with their transition back to their home schools.
Referrals to this educational program are made through the Student Support Services department of the District School Board of Niagara or the Niagara Catholic District School Board to the principal of the Section 20 program.
