Family Support
Family Support provides planning and support services to children and adults with a developmental disability who reside at home with their families. This includes:
- Program coordination
- Assistance for accessing funding
- Support with long-term planning
- Access to community resources and information
- Meeting with families individually
- Assisting families to identify their need for assessment and/or treatment options
- Supporting families at case conferences, i.e., school, professionals, other agencies
