Membership
Membership and partnership are integral components of who this agency is and represents, and of our place in this community and region. It is our belief that membership signals support, and provides us with the strength to accomplish our goals.
All of us care very much about building a caring community with services for persons with special needs that are strong, that embrace all people and families, that have inclusive schools, decent and affordable housing, and employment with purpose and meaning.
We need committed members with a shared vision of services and supports. Building healthy, inclusive community services for people with disabilities begins with building a healthy and informed membership enterprise. In moving beyond the realities of today, in working towards offering the highest quality services possible in the future, and in discovering how we can do this together, membership and partnership will play a powerful role.
Our current membership categories are: Individual (one adult) $8.00; Family (one or more adults residing in the same household) $10.00; Corporate $15.00; Patron $50.00 and up (this category receives a donation receipt for amounts over $10.00); Associate (non voting) $5.00; Junior Associate (10 to 17 years of age) $5.00. Donations
Often, people are unable to volunteer their time, but would like to contribute financially to Niagara Support Services. Such contributors support the organization by donating much-needed funds ... funds that assist and support Niagara Support Services in fulfilling the agency's commitment to providing opportunities and services to children, adults and families with special needs.
We are also dedicated to ensuring that a range of flexible program alternatives is available. These valuable financial resources help us to achieve this objective.
For input or questions around membership registration information or making a donation, please contact Christine Dietz at 905-384-3121 or email her at cdietz@ntec-nss.com.
